Castelbianco (in Ligurian : Castregianco ) is an Italian municipality with 320 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Savona in Liguria .

Castelbianco is located in the geologically rough Valle Pennavaire . The Monte Castell'Ermo , which is 1092 meters above sea level on the provincial border to Imperia , is the most important natural monument in the immediate vicinity of the municipality. The four main settlements of Veravo , Colletta , Oresine and Vesallo are on the slopes of Monte Alpe (1056 meters) . The latter was badly devastated in an earthquake in 1887.

Castelbianco belongs to the Comunità Montana Ingauna and is about 60 kilometers from the provincial capital Savona .
