Laigueglia is an Italian municipality with 1759 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) on the Ligurian coast in the province of Savona and is a member of the association I borghi più belli d'Italia (The most beautiful places in Italy). It has a stop on the Genoa – Ventimiglia railway line .

The neighboring municipalities are Alassio and Andora . Accommodation options range from four-star hotels to the Capo Mele campsite. The towers of the Church of San Matteo served as watchtowers opposite the Saracen ships . The German twin town of Laigueglia is Höhr-Grenzhausen .
