Garlenda (in Ligurian : Garlénda ) is a northern Italian municipality with 1265 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Liguria region . Politically it belongs to the province of Savona .

Garlenda is located in Val Lerrone , near the confluence of the Arroscia and the Lerrone River . The municipality belongs to the Comunità Montana Ingauna and is about 55 kilometers from the provincial capital Savona .

Since 1984, the world's largest Fiat 500 meeting with over 1000 old Fiat 500s has been taking place in Garlenda on the first weekend in July.

In addition, the Fiat 500 Club Italia in Garlenda runs a small museum about the history of the Fiat 500.
