Charles-Ferdinand Nothomb
Baron Charles-Ferdinand NMP Nothomb (born May 3, 1936 in Brussels ) is a Belgian politician of the French-speaking Christian Democratic - humanist party center démocrate Humaniste (cdH). He was Belgian Foreign Minister from 1980 to 1981. Nothomb is Vice-President of the European Movement International . He has been President-in-Office of Ireland since June 20, 2009 until the end of the Irish pro-Lisbon Treaty campaign.
Charles-Ferdinand Nothomb is the great-uncle of the Belgian writer Amélie Nothomb .
