The Communauté de communes Bouzonvillois-Trois Frontières is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Moselle department in the Grand Est region . It was founded on January 1, 2017 and comprises 42 municipalities (as of January 1, 2019). The administrative headquarters are in Bouzonville .

Historical development

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2017 through the merger of the predecessor organizations

• Communauté de communes du Bouzonvillois and
• Communauté de communes des Trois Frontières .

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former communities of Manderen and Ritzing were merged into the Commune nouvelle Manderen-Ritzing . This reduced the number of member communities to 42.
