Darżynko (German Neu Darsin , Kasch . Nowé Dôrżëno ) is a small village in the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship and belongs to the rural community Potęgowo ( Pottangow ) in the Powiat Słupski ( Stolp district ).
Geographical location
Darżynko is located three kilometers southeast of Darżyno ( Darsin ) near the Polish state road 6 (former German Reichsstraße 2 , today also European route 28 ). There is a rail connection via the Potęgowo railway station located six kilometers to the northeast on the state railway line from Stargard to Gdansk .
history
In its history, the former New Darsin is very closely connected with the village of Darsin (today in Polish Darżyno), as it was a place within the municipality of Darsin until 1945. It thus also belonged to the administrative and civil registry district Grąbkowo ( Grumbkow ) in the district of Stolp in the administrative district of Köslin in the Prussian province of Pomerania . After 1945 the village, now called Darżynko, became a district with the seat of a Schulzenamt of Gmina Potęgowo in the Powiat Słupski of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (from 1975 to 1998 Slupsk Voivodeship ). About 40 people live here.
church
Ecclesiastical New Darsin was until 1945 in the Lutheran parish Lupow (today Polish Łupawa) incorporated and thus belonged to the church district Stolp-old city in the ecclesiastical province of Pomerania of the Prussian Union of churches . After 1945 it remained in the - now Catholic - parish of Łupawa ( Lupow ), which is now incorporated into the newly formed Łupawa deanery in the Pelplin diocese of the Catholic Church in Poland . Evangelical church members who live in Darżynko now belong to the Kreuzkirche parish in Słupsk ( Stolp ) within the diocese of Pomerania-Greater Poland of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland .
