action

An old inventor of a “flying car” has had his prototype stolen. He is slowly languishing with grief. There is a certain Gusson behind the theft. Now he is also after the inventor's daughter, since he suspects the construction plans in the medallion she wears around her neck. Jack of all trades Harry Peel wants to protect the young woman, but cannot prevent the villain from getting hold of the medallion.

With the help of the street girl Kitty, Harry can soon steal the heirloom back. When Gusson wants to carry out his next robbery, a picture theft, Peel has already been warned and can thwart this villain too. In pursuing Gusson, Peel succeeds in finding the lost prototype and returning it to its rightful owner. As an old-school gentleman, Harry even manages to finally get Kitty off the street.
