action

Harry and Henry Devall are twin brothers. Henry, only half an hour apart from Harry, works as managing director for the owner of a jewelry store, Ms. Andersson. One day, she commissioned him to transfer diamond jewelery to Nice and hand it over to an important customer, the Rajah von Johore. On the way there, the precious jewelry is stolen. Harry, who has just returned from America, rushes to his brother's aid immediately, and they both go to Nice to find the precious items. The culprit is quickly located: it is a lady from the demimonde named Yvette who had fished the jewelry from Henry's pocket with her long fingers.

The Devall brothers can catch her when she offers the diamonds to the Indian Maharajah for sale on her own initiative. But Yvette is by no means the only one who was after the jewelry; a number of rascals are now trying to steal Harry and Henry's jewelry. Even the Indian prince is not real. But the two identical twins use their striking resemblance to deceive the gangsters with a simple trick. After a long back and forth it comes to a showdown on a half-ruined estate between Nice and Monte Carlo. The crooks who were directed there can all be arrested by the police. The jewelry is now finally in the right hands again, and as a reward, Henry receives the hand of his boss's daughter, Tilly Andersson.
