The 2003/04 season of the T-Com Extraliga was the eleventh regular staging of the top ice hockey division in Slovakia . In the playoff final, HC Dukla Trenčín prevailed 4-2 against HKm Zvolen and won the third Slovak championship title in the club's history. The MHC Martin, however, only reached the last place in the regular season, so that he had to relegate to the first division . The MHC was replaced by the master of this second division, the HK Dubnica .
