Fabian Gerhardt

Fabian Gerhardt (born August 25, 1971 in Berlin ) is a German director , actor and author .

Life

Fabian Gerhardt was born in Berlin as the son of the radio play director Ulrich Gerhardt and the acting teacher Eike Steinmetz-Gerhardt. After graduating from high school, he attended the Hanover University of Music and Drama, today the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media . Afterwards he was engaged as an actor at the Schauspiel Leipzig from 1995 , moved to the Bremen Theater in 1998 and was engaged at the Schauspiel Hannover from 2000 to 2004 under the direction of Wilfried Schulz . After that he worked as a freelancer in various theaters.

Since 2010 he has mainly worked as a director.

In Hanover, Gerhardt has been playing the comedy evening "The woman becomes more beautiful with every glass of beer" at the Theater am Küchengarten since 2001 , which satirically deals with the lyrics and music of the band Truck Stop .
