Filippo Mannucci (* 20th July 1974 in Livorno ) is a former Italian lightweight - rowers .

Career

Mannucci received at the U23 World Championships in 1996 silver in the lightweight quadruple sculls . At the 1999 World Championships , Mannucci started in the lightweight single and finished twelfth. In 2000 in Zagreb Mannucci rowed to fifth place. In 2001 Mannucci moved into the lightweight double scull, with Daniele Gilardoni , Luca Moncada , Mauro Baccelli and Mannucci as batsman , the boat won the 2001 World Championships in Lucerne . With Emanuele Federici for Baccelli, the Italians also won the World Championships in Seville in 2002 and in Milan in 2003 . In front of a home crowd in Milan, a total of three Italian boats won: it was the three lightweight scull boats .

At the 2005 World Championships in Gifu , Gardino Pellolio sat for Federico in the Italian lightweight quadruple, with which Mannucci won his fourth world title. Mannucci was still active in the Rowing World Cup until 2009 , but was unable to win international medals after 2005.

Mannucci was 1.81 meters tall and had a typical competition weight of around 71 kilograms for lightweights .
