Fordongianus is an Italian municipality in Sardinia with 870 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Oristano . The place has been known for the numerous thermal springs since ancient times . The place is the seat of the titular diocese Forum Traiani .

Until the 7th century, the place was the headquarters of the Byzantines on the island.
