Ardauli is a Sardinian village with 826 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Oristano in the historic area of Barigadu , which consists largely of forests.

Thanks to the favorable location on Lake Omodeo , the entire area is very rich in wildlife. The name of the place comes from the old Sardinian arda ("guard") and ule (probably "valley"), but there is no consensus. However, the derivation would make sense in view of the elevated geographical location of the village at the intersection of two valleys.

The painted tomb of Mandras (Italian Tomba dipinta di Mandras, also called Ardauli sos musuleos) is located in Ardauli.
