The village of Busachi is located in the province of Oristano , in Sardinia in the historical area of Barigadu . The municipality has 1241 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) and an area of ​​59.31 square kilometers.

Busachi is a hillside village divided in two by the Via Brigata Sassari (SS388). It is 380 m above sea level. The houses in the winding streets are made of red trachyte . The area around the village is densely overgrown with cork oaks .
