Ollastra is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1182 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Oristano in Sardinia . The municipality is located about 13 kilometers from Oristano am Tirso .

history

From 1928 to 1946 the municipality was part of the neighboring municipality of Simaxis . Until 1991 the name was still Ollastra Simaxis .
