Formula 3000 season 2002
The 2002 Formula 3000 season was the 18th Formula 3000 season . It began on March 30, 2002 in Interlagos and ended on September 14, 2002 in Monza . A total of twelve races were driven. Sébastien Bourdais won the drivers' championship title ; the championship of the teams won the Arden Team Russia .

1 Tomáš Enge won the Budapest race but was subsequently disqualified because he tested positive for cannabis in the doping test after the race .
2 Antonio Pizzonia was disqualified from second place at Monza because a rear wing section of his racing car was mounted the wrong way round.
3 Alexander Müller was disqualified from sixth place in Monaco for being underweight.
