Formula 3000 season 2004
The 2004 Formula 3000 season was the 20th season of the international Formula 3000 championship . It began on April 24, 2004 in Imola and ended on September 11, 2004 in Monza . A total of ten races were run. 2004 was the last season of Formula 3000, which was replaced by the GP2 series in 2005 . Vitantonio Liuzzi , whose team Arden International won the team title, won the drivers' championship title.
Starting field
All drivers used Lola B02 / 50 chassis with Zytek - Judd KV engines and Avon tires .
