District league promotion round
In the promotion round normally the four season winners of the district class determined the promoted to the district league. In Season C, Motor Hennigsdorf's second agent took first place. Since Hennigsdorf was not eligible for promotion, the free space went to the runner-up unit Nauen . The winner of Season D, ASG Vorwärts Bestensee, switched to the game operations of the District Committee (BFA) Football Berlin (East) for the following season and was integrated into the district class there. As in Season C, the free space went to DEFA Babelsberg , who came in second . Since the BSG Aufbau Brandenburg played all games away, the remaining teams each had two home and one away game.
