Hanne Inger Bjurstrøm (born September 20, 1960 in Oslo ) is a Norwegian lawyer and politician of the Arbeiderpartiet (Ap).

biography

After schooling Hanne Bjurstrøm studied law , after graduation she was legal adviser of the group Aker ASA . Subsequently, she was first a judge and then presiding judge at the labor court . After working for the Council of Europe , Bjurstrøm was legal advisor to the government and the Ministry of Justice ( Justisdepartementet ).

Most recently, she served as Special Advisor to the Ministry of the Environment ( Miljøverndepartementet ) negotiator and head of the delegation of Norway to the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen from December 7 to 18 in 2009.

On 20 October 2009, she was of Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg to the Secretary of Labor appointed to his government. However, due to her work as a negotiator at the UN climate conference, she could not officially take up this office until December 21, 2009. In the meantime, the official business was carried out by the ministerial colleague Rigmor Aasrud . Bjurstrøm left the cabinet on September 21, 2012 as part of a major ministerial riot.
