Herbeville is located about 33 kilometers west-northwest of Paris near the Mauldre . Herbeville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bazemont in the north and north-west, Les Alluets-le-Roi in the east and north-east, Crespières in the south and south-east, Mareil-sur-Mauldre in the south-west and Maule in the west.
