IC 1204 is a galaxy of Hubble type S? in the constellation Little Bear in the north star sky . It is estimated to be 345 million light years from the Milky Way and about 60,000 light years in diameter.

In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 6079 , NGC 6091 , IC 1201 .

The object was discovered by Guillaume Bigourdan on March 25, 1889 .
