ISS Expedition 64 is the mission name for the 64th long-term crew of the International Space Station (ISS). The mission is slated to begin with the decoupling of the Soyuz MS-16 spacecraft from the ISS in October 2020 and end with the decoupling of Soyuz MS-17 in April 2021.

Substitute team
Since Expedition 20, no official replacement team has been announced due to the permanent training for the six-person crew. Unofficially, the backup crews of the respective feeder spaceships (see there) are considered substitutes. As a rule, these crews are then deployed two missions later.
Freight traffic
The following cargo flights are expected to arrive at the ISS during Expedition 64:
- SpaceX CRS-21, Cargo Dragon 2's first flight in fall 2020
- Boeing Starliner test flight in autumn 2020
- Progress MS-16 in December 2020
- Cygnus NG-15 in February 2021
- SpaceX CRS-22 in March 2021
