Jowst (actually Joakim With Steen ; born June 26, 1989 in Trondheim ), also written JOWST , is a Norwegian DJ , music producer and songwriter .

Life

Jowst and Aleksander Walmann took part in the Melodi Grand Prix 2017 , the Norwegian preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest . On March 11, 2017, they won the competition with the song Grab the Moment and thus became representatives of Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in the Ukrainian capital Kiev , where they came tenth in the final.

After the preliminary decision, the song rose to number 16 in the Norwegian charts .
