Jean-Clair Dimitri Roger Todibo (born December 30, 1999 in Cayenne , French Guiana ) is a French football player on the position of central defender . He is under contract with FC Barcelona and also plays for the French U20 national team .

Career

Todibo began at FC Les Lilas from the same Parisian banlieue playing football. At the age of 17 he was accepted and further trained in the youth training center of Toulouse FC . After appearances for the second team, the defender was used more frequently in the first team in the 2018/19 season and came to ten games in which he was able to score a goal.

FC Schalke 04 paid Todibo's salary and then had the option to acquire the transfer rights for 25 million euros (plus possible bonus payments of 5 million euros).
