Career

Garlick first received media attention as the winner of the Welsh TV show Star For A Night at the age of 16. In 2001 she was a participant in the British talent show Pop Idol . Shortly thereafter, the BBC invited them to the British pre-selection of the Eurovision Song Contest . Eventually she was selected to represent the UK in the 2002 Eurovision Song Contest in Tallinn .
