Keeps Gettin 'Better - A Decade of Hits is the first greatest hits album by the American singer Christina Aguilera . It was released on November 7, 2008.

The album contains songs from all of her albums through 2008: Christina Aguilera (1999), Stripped (2002) and Back to Basics (2006). The album also includes four new songs, including two reworks of previous songs and two new songs, Keeps Gettin 'Better and Dynamite .

The album went to number 9 on the US Billboard 200 with 73,000 copies sold. It reached the top 10 in countries like Belgium, Ireland, Japan, Russia and the United Kingdom, and was awarded gold in those countries. The album sold a total of 400,000 copies in the United States and nearly a million copies worldwide.

The first single was Keeps Gettin 'Better , and reached the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 .

Singles

Keeps Gettin 'Better was released on September 22, 2008 as the album's first single. In the accompanying music video , Aguilera plays a catwoman , dancing and singing the song in front of large green screens and canvases. Aguilera sang the song at the MTV Video Music Awards 2008 , where she dressed as Catwoman again . In the United States , the song debuted right at number 7 on the American Billboard Hot 100 just a week after its release . In other countries the song also became a commercial success and debuted directly at number 14 on the British charts . Dynamite was released as the second single on iTunes .
