Key Vista is approximately 65 km southwest of Dade City and approximately 50 km northwest of Tampa .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the 1757 inhabitants at that time were distributed over 642 households. 89.2% of the population identified themselves as whites , 1.4% as African American , 0.3% as Indians and 6.0% as Asian Americans . 1.0% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 2.0% to several ethnic groups. 6.3% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
