Trinity is a census-designated place (CDP) in Pasco County in the US state of Florida with 10,907 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Trinity is located approximately 50 km southwest of Dade City and approximately 50 km northwest of Tampa . The CDP is affected by Florida State Road 54 .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 10,907 inhabitants were distributed over 4,275 households. The population density was 894 inhabitants / km². 93.2% of the population identified themselves as whites, 1.5% as African American , 0.2% as Indians and 2.9% as Asian Americans . 0.9% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 1.4% to several ethnic groups. 5.5% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .

In 2010 children under the age of 18 lived in 35.1% of all households and people aged 65 or over lived in 37.9% of all households. 83.3% of the households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or one parent with offspring). The average household size was 2.68 people and the average family size was 2.93 people.

25.9% of the population were younger than 20 years old, 15.7% were 20 to 39 years old, 29.2% were 40 to 59 years old, and 29.2% were at least 60 years old. The mean age was 45 years. 48.2% of the population were male and 51.8% were female.

The median annual income was $ 80,366, with 5.6% of the population living below the poverty line.

In 2000, English was the mother tongue of 94.91% of the population, 2.05% spoke Spanish and 3.04% had another mother tongue.
