Zephyrhills North is directly adjacent to Zephyrhills in the south and is approximately 10 km south of Dade City and approximately 35 km northeast of Tampa .
Demographic data
According to the 2010 census, the then 2600 inhabitants were distributed over 1895 households. The population density was 928.6 inh / km². 94.0% of the population identified themselves as white , 1.2% as African-American , 0.3% as Native American and 1.3% as Asian Americans . 1.9% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 1.3% to several ethnic groups. 5.6% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
