Klimek or Klímek is a family name that goes back to a Polish or Czech derivation of Clemens with the suffix -ek . In Polish usage , Klimek is a short form ( diminutive ) or a nickname of the first name Klemens . The Germanized forms of the name are Klimeck , Klimmek , Klimmeck .
