Xenija Ivanovna Sadorina ( Russian Ксения Ивановна Задорина , English transcription Kseniya Zadorina; ) (born March 2, 1987 in Moscow , then Russian SFSR , USSR ) is a Russian sprinter .

successes

In 2005 Sadorina won the European Junior Athletics Championships in Kaunas with the 4 x 400 meter relay and came second in the 400 meter run . At the World Junior Athletics Championships in Beijing in 2006 , she finished fourth over 400 meters. The following year she won the gold medal in the relay and the bronze medal in the 400-meter run at the U23 European Championships in Debrecen. At the U23 European Championships in Kaunas in 2009, she defended her title in the relay and improved over 400 meters to second place.

From 2010 Sadorina established itself in the adult sector. At the European Team Championships in Bergen in 2010 , she contributed to Russia's victory in the national championship with first place in the 4 x 400 meter relay. In the same year she was also a member of the victorious Russian relay at the European Championships in Barcelona , but was only used in the run-up. In the final she was replaced by Anastassija Kapatschinskaja .

At the European Indoor Championships in Paris in 2011 , Sadorina led the Russian relay around Xenija Wdowina , Jelena Migunova and Olga Krasnomowez as the starting runner to another victory. She also won the bronze medal in the 400-meter run.

In March 2013 she won the silver medal in the 4-by-400-meter relay at the 2013 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Gothenburg, Sweden .
