Career
At the U23 European Championships , she won gold in the 4-by-100-meter relay in 2007 and gold in the 4-by-400-meter relay in 2009 .
In 2010 she won silver with the Russian relay at the World Indoor Championships in Doha over 4 x 400 meters, in 2013 she won gold in the same competition at the World Championships in Moscow .
Doping ban 2014
At the 2014 World Indoor Championships in Sopot , she was found trimetazidine during a doping control - a substance that has been banned since January 1, 2014 - and she was banned for nine months.
At the 2015 European Team Championships in Cheboksary , Ryschowa won gold with Xenija Sadorina , Aljona Mamina and Maria Michajljuk in the 4 x 400 meter relay and with Marina Panteleeva , Jelisaveta Demirova and Yekaterina Smirnova silver with the 4 x 100 -Meter relay .
At the 2015 World Championships in Beijing , Ryschowa took fourth place over 4 x 400 meters with the Russian relay team.
