Kulin Kłodzki (German Keilendorf ; older name: Keulendorf ; Czech Hrdloňov , also Palice ) is a village in the powiat Kłodzki in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Poland . It belongs to the rural community Lewin Kłodzki ( Lewin ) and is located five kilometers west of Duszniki-Zdrój ( Bad Reinerz ).

Kulin Kłodzki is located in the west of the Glatzer Kessel in the foothills of the Heuscheuergebirge . It is reached via a side road that runs parallel to European route 67 and branches off at Jeleniów ( Gellenau ). To the southeast lies the Ratschenberg ( Gradziec ), through which the 576 m long railway tunnel of the Kłodzko – Kudowa Zdrój railway line leads, which has a stop in Kulin Kłodzki.

Neighboring places are Łężyce ( Friedersdorf ) in the northeast, Złotno ( Goldbach ) in the east, Słoszów ( Rome ) and Zielone Ludowe ( Hummelwitz ) in the southeast, Witów ( Nerbotin ; 1937–1945: Markrode ) and Lewin Kłodzki in the southwest, Dańczów ( dance ) and Gołaczów ( Hallatsch ) in the northwest and the no longer existing Żyznów ( Tschischney ) in the north.

history

Keilendorf belonged to the rule Hummel in the old Bohemian Königgrätzer Kreis and was first mentioned in 1477 with a Vorwerk . At that time, Duke Heinrich d. Ä. the rule Hummel, which belonged to him since 1472, in the County of Glatz . From the beginning it belonged to the parish Reinerz. The place name Keulendorf has been handed down for the year 1560 . In 1561 it came with several villages of the Hummel rule to the Bohemian sovereign, with whom it remained even after the rule was dissolved in 1595. In 1684 the Bohemian Chamber sold Keilendorf to the owner of the Rückers estate , Johann Isaias von Hartig .

After the First Silesian War in 1742 and finally after Hubertusburg 1763 wedge village came together with the county Glatz to Prussia . For the beginning of the 19th century, a Erbschölzerei and 22 gardener and cottage traders are proven. After the reorganization of Prussia, Keilendorf belonged to the province of Silesia since 1815 and was incorporated into the district of Glatz from 1816–1945 . It formed its own rural community and belonged to the Hallatsch district . In 1939 there were 105 inhabitants.

As a result of the Second World War , in 1945, like almost all of Silesia , Keilendorf fell to Poland and was renamed Kulin Kłodzki . The German population was expelled . Some of the new residents were displaced from eastern Poland . The number of residents decreased significantly, which resulted in numerous houses being left to decay. 1975-1998 Kulin Kłodzki belonged to the Wałbrzych Voivodeship ( Waldenburg ).
