Latvijas Badmintona Federācija
The Latvijas Badmintona Federācija is the highest national administrative organization in the sport of badminton in Latvia . The association was founded in 1992.
history
Shortly after its establishment in 1992, the association became a member of the Badminton World Federation , then known as the International Badminton Federation , and of the continental umbrella organization Badminton Europe , at that time still operating as the European Badminton Union . The national title fights started in 1997, the international title fights in 2005 .
