Badminton England is the top national administrative organization for the sport of badminton in England and is based at the National Badminton Center in Milton Keynes .
history
The association was founded in 1934 as the Badminton Association of England and emerged from the Badminton Association founded in 1893 . The association was a founding member of the International Badminton Federation . The association's office was in Bromley, Kent until 1980. After that the seat was moved to Milton Keynes. The association has the departments Elite Play , Events , Membership , Development and Coaching . In 2006 Badminton England made a joint venture with Inchima Limited called badminton.tv for online coaching of members.
