The list of participants in the 1953 coronation procession in the procession for the coronation of British monarchs at Westminster Abbey is a reflection of the government of the United Kingdom in its parliamentary, courtly and clerical aspects. The holders of the highest offices of the British monarchy have a traditional place in it.
The dignitaries walk to their given places in a fixed order. All dignitaries and clergy who take part in the procession have real or symbolic tasks during the coronation liturgy . In 1953, for the coronation of Elizabeth II , the procession was structured as follows:
