The squad strength was not limited, so that only a part of the registered players were used. HMC Calder used the most players, namely 19, while Bussums SG managed with 12 players. A total of 152 players were used, 43 of whom did not miss a competition.
The best players of the season with 7.5 points each from 9 games were Jan Smeets (Hilversums SG) and Erik van den Doel (HMC Calder), Daan Brandenburg (hotels.nl/Groningen) and Wouter Spoelman (Hilversums SG) scored one point less . With Yasser Seirawan , Vladimir Chuchelov (both Hilversums SG), Konstantin Landa , Arkadij Naiditsch , Iozefina Paulet (all hotels.nl/Groningen), Remco Sprangers (HMC Calder) and Etienne Goossens (Schrijvers Rotterdam), seven players achieved 100%. Seirawan was deployed five times, Chuchelov and Landa four times, Naiditsch and Paulet twice each, Spranger and Goossens once each.
The oldest player of the season was Jānis Klovāns (1935-2010), who played for HMC Calder, and the youngest player, Zyon Kollen (* 1995), who played for ESGOO Enschede.
