Massegros Causses Gorges is a French commune with 991 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Lozère department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Florac and the canton of La Canourgue .
It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2017 through the amalgamation of the former municipalities of Le Massegros , Le Recoux , Saint-Georges-de-Lévéjac , Saint-Rome-de-Dolan and Les Vignes , all of which have since had the status of one Commune déléguée have.
