Moustapha Diarra

Moustapha Diarra (born December 27, 1970 ) is a former Senegalese track and field athlete who was an Olympic champion in the 4 x 400 meter relay in 1996 .

In 1989 Diarra had already become national champion in the 800-meter run, and in 1993 he won the 400-meter run. At the Olympic Games in Atlanta he reached the finals with the Senegalese relay team consisting of Moustapha Diarra, Aboubakry Dia , Hachim Ndiaye and Ibou Faye and finished fourth in 3: 00.64 minutes.

Today Diarra is active on the short running routes in the senior sector.
