Isah Salihu

Isah Salihu (born November 2, 1991 ) is a Nigerian sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter run .

At the 2010 African Athletics Championships in Nairobi, he won bronze in the 4 x 400 meter relay .

In 2012 he finished eighth over 400 m at the African Championships in Porto-Novo and won the Nigerian 400-meter relay. At the 2013 World Athletics Championships in Daegu, he did not get past the first round with the Nigerian relay.

In 2014, the Nigerian relay team consisting of Tobi Ogunmola , Noah Akwu , Salihu and Cristian Morton was eliminated from the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Sopot , despite an African record of 3: 07.95 minutes in advance. In the summer he failed at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow over 400 m in the run and came with the relay over the seventh place.

He set his personal best of 46.15 s on June 20, 2014 in Calabar .
