Charles Gitonga

Charles Gitonga (born October 5, 1971 in Nyeri ) is a former Kenyan sprinter .

At the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo in 1991 , he was eliminated over 400 m in the preliminary run. Over the same distance he won the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria.

He reached the quarter-finals at the 1995 World Cup in Gothenburg over 200 m and at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta over 400 m.
