NGC 5624 is a 13.2 mag bright galaxy of the Hubble type S? in the constellation Bear Guardian in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 91 million light years from the Milky Way and about 30,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by Lewis A. Swift on May 9, 1887 .
