NGC 6458 is a lenticular galaxy of Hubble type S0 in the constellation Hercules at the northern sky , the estimated 150 million light-years from the Milky Way 's center. The galaxy NGC 6460 is located in the same area of the sky .
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on July 2, 1864 .
