NGC 7176 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type Sab in the constellation Piscis. It is estimated to be 114 million light years from the Milky Way and about 30,000 light years across. Together with NGC 7172 , NGC 7173 and NGC 7174 it forms the Hickson Compact Group 90 .

The object was discovered on September 23, 1834 by the British astronomer John Herschel .
