NGC 7194 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E3 in the constellation Pegasus at the northern sky . It is an estimated 398 million light years from the Milky Way and about 120,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of ​​the sky is u. a. the galaxy NGC 7195 .

The object was discovered by Lewis Swift on November 9, 1884 .
