NGC 7208 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type SB0 in the constellation Piscis Austrinus in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 199 million light years from the Milky Way and about 95,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by John Herschel on September 28, 1834 .
