Oupeye is a municipality in the Belgian province of Liege . It consists of the localities of Oupeye , Haccourt , Hermée , Hermalle-sous-Argenteau , Heure-le-Romain , Houtain-Saint-Siméon and Vivegnis .

The Trilogiport , a multimodal container terminal with a 42-hectare logistics zone and part of the port of Liège , is being built on the Albert Canal in the Hermalle-sous-Argenteau area on an area of ​​100 hectares . The terminal belongs to DP World .
