Rannaküla (Lääne-Nigula)

Rannaküla (German Rannakülla ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality Lääne-Nigula (until 2017: rural municipality Nõva ) in Lääne County .
Population and location
The place is forty kilometers northeast of the county capital Haapsalu . It has 76 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011).
At Rannaküla the river Nõva ( Nõva jõgi ) flows into the Baltic Sea bay of Keibu ( Keibu laht ).
There is a small fishing wharf on the Toomanina headland northeast of the village center . It has a maximum depth of 1.80 m.
