Jõgisoo (Lääne-Nigula)

Jõgisoo (German Jöggis ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality Lääne-Nigula (until 2017: rural municipality Kullamaa ) in Lääne County in Estonia .
Population and location
The place has 45 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It is located on the Liivi River ( Liivi jõgi ).
In the 20th century, the Russian Farmers' Agricultural Bank bought the area. In 1910 she divided the land into 25 individual farms for small Estonian farmers.
