Reinhold Nietschmann

Reinhold Nietschmann (born February 15, 1907 in Halle (Saale) , † July 25, 1971 in Hamburg ) was a German actor , radio play and voice actor .

Life

Reinhold Nietschmann was engaged at the Thalia Theater for many years . During his time in Hamburg he played the role of Winnetou in the play of the same name in 1939/40 .

He then played at the Theater im Zimmer from 1950 and from 1952 at the Theater am Besenbinderhof in Hamburg. From 1953 to 1954 a guest performance at the Junge Theater (Ernst Deutsch Theater) followed . From 1956 he was a member of the ensemble at the Hamburger Kammerspiele .

From the mid-1950s he increasingly worked in various film and television productions . However, he played his first role as early as 1932 in the feature film Kreuzer Emden by Louis Ralph , which also used dubbing scenes from the silent film Our Emden from 1926. In the Käutner films Des Teufels General with Curd Jürgens , Marianne Koch and Viktor de Kowa and in Der Hauptmann von Köpenick with Heinz Rühmann , Hannelore Schroth and Martin Held as well as in the Edgar Wallace film Die Bande des Schreckens by Harald Reinl with Joachim Fuchsberger , Karin Dor and Elisabeth Flickenschildt he had appearances in supporting roles . From 1954 onwards Reinhold Nietschmann could be seen as a performer in television productions such as Stahlnetz , Die Desvorernlichen , Hafenpolizei , Police Radio calls and Count Yoster gives himself the honor . He also played Sleepy in 1955 in the television play A Handful of Shilling , directed by Konrad Wagner and in 1965 in the documentary play The Harry Domela case, directed by Wolfgang Schleif with Hanns Lothar the judge .

Reinhold Nietschmann was also active as a speaker in many radio plays from 1946 onwards . So he worked in numerous episodes of the radio play series The Hunt for the Perpetrator and The Court withdraws for advice from the North German Broadcasting Corporation (NDR).

As a voice actor , you could hear him as the German voice of Alec Guinness in the films Once Be a Millionaire and The Key to Paradise .
